We select only Piedmontese breed beef whose source is guaranteed by a set of regulations issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. Our cattle are raised on small farms in the province of Cuneo.
The Piedmontese beef is incredibly tasty, lean and tender and contains a low level of fat – approximately 0,35% - against an average 3% of other meats.
We naturally preserve the organoleptic properties of our products thanks to the freezing process, that makes us free to avoid preservatives or additives.
